Hola, limpian amigos. Hey. Couldn't guess who I'm talking about in your organization here. This individual takes exceptional care of you week over week. And in the past, they've probably only heard from you and others in your organization when there's a mistake that causes them chaos outside of work. And their role is tucked away in the background. Doesn't get a whole lot of visibility. The individual that I'm talking about is the person that processes your payroll every week. This person usually only hears from us when there's a mistake and there is something that didn't get processed in your paycheck the way that it should be. And the reason I'm telling you this is this is National Payroll week from the 2nd to the 6th. And I want you to hear this as a reminder to pick up the phone and call him and thank him for all those other weeks where they got it right and you were able to enjoy the fruits of your labor because they processed your payroll accurately. So LinkedIn, I may goes, it's not too late to pick up the phone. Express your gratitude to that one person in your organization. That helps make your life easier. Have a good weekend.
