From p12 to p2 at Sebring International Raceway, and honestly one of the best races I’ve seen Colin Kaywood Garrett run🏁. Zac Anderson and Colin put on a show for the Pirelli GT4 fans. Seriously one of the most exciting races of the season for AutoTechnic Racing. A p2 that felt like a win😎. In the various publications we have posted subsequently, we have set out a series of concepts and methods, drawn from both physical and mental preparation, to ensure that drivers reach their full potential at the various race meetings. To illustrate our points, the main players in motor sport can testify. Here is an interview with Alpine driver Pierre Gasly (394 career points, 4 podiums, 1 win), which appeared on the programme C à vous in 2022, talking about his experience and the importance of good physical and mental preparation. Pierre Gasly : "From an outsider's point of view, it's difficult to realise the physical effort it requires... no one can feel the strength, the concentration it demands, the heat in the cars, because you lose between 2 and 3 kilos during a Grand Prix... you can't lose your lucidity, it requires real physical condition". "There are several exercises in fact, there's a physical exercise, a mental exercise..." "There are some tracks that are really physically very complicated and others, like Monaco. When you're driving at 300 kph through the streets of Monaco, passing within centimetres of the walls for 2 hours, you get mentally and psychologically tired... It almost becomes a challenge for yourself to keep an extreme level of attention." "Often, at the speed we're going, we need to be extremely reactive and have reaction times that are much longer than normal." "Of course, at the start, you have to leave as soon as the fires go out, as quickly as possible."

Sales Leader | Leading & Creating High Performing Teams | Helping Customers Through Digital Transformation & AI
Change. It’s like tweaking an F1 car during the pitstop of a high-stakes race. Daunting? Absolutely. Necessary? Undeniably. Navigating change in the business world can feel like sitting in the cockpit at the Monaco Grand Prix. The pressure's on, the circuit is tricky, and yes, the risk of a crash looms large. But what's a race without a little thrill? And what's success without a bit of challenge? Imagine: Each tweak to that F1 car – whether it’s adjusting the rear wing, fine-tuning the engine, or changing the tires – is done with one goal in mind. Victory. Every change, no matter how small, counts towards outperforming yesterday. It's about precision, foresight, and sometimes, guts. Steer through changes with the pedal to the metal. We might not know every turn, but with the right pit crew, the podium is just a lap away. Change isn’t just inevitable; it’s our secret to staying ahead. Embrace it, master it, and win. Gear up, team. It’s race time. 🏎️💨 #change #salesleadership #leadership
