Did you know that Board Leadership Training (BLT) can be a great tool to develop well-rounded leadership skills for both current and aspiring board members? According to ArtsFund's 2023 Annual Report, 21.8% of BLT participants reported no previous board experience and 71.8% reported some board leadership experience.
