We want to introduce you to our Part-Time Event (PTE) MVPs! This series will highlight our PTE staff who were recognized as MVPs for embodying one of our values: Integrity, Impact, Inclusion, or Innovation. We hope this new series illuminates the experiences of our PTE team, who works hard to ensure you have a memorable experience every time you step on the Rose Quarter campus. Kicking off our series is Fletch Brown, Guest Experience Usher, who is recognized as an Innovation MVP. Swipe through to learn more about Fletch and his role!

I am lucky enough to work with Fletch at Moda. He is a character, a hard worker, a forward thinker, and a problem solver who knows how to treat guests and give them the best experience possible. He goes out of his way for others more times than I can count. No matter how busy, he always has time for you. Fletch is a great work partner and I couldn't image my time at Moda without him. He makes every event just a little bit better. KUDOS Fletcher Brown. 😍

Fletch is a Rock Star! He is someone I can go to whenever I need help. I agree with Elaine - working at MODA without Fletch would definitely be less ... less efficient ... less effective .... and WAY less enjoyable. He's a keeper!!!

I still remember Fletch's kindness from when I was a Blazers intern in 2019/2020! He's the best.
