Are we not already seeing this on an increasing scale anyway? Super-partnerships and national providers are becoming ever-more common, so I'm failing to see the groundbreaking wisdom of recommending something that is already on the increase. The caveat that it's not mandatory though is key.. this would never work in rural areas and it fails to take into account differences in culture, approach, values, ethos etc. Super-partnerships work when you have a collective set of values, but some practices are just better of working independently...   As recruitment challenges increase and the skill gaps grow in Telford it’s time for Telford employers to act  This leads to the need to act now and address the current crisis. If you are a Telford employer facing recruitment or skills challenges then why not join the conversation for real change in the borough.    The UK employment environment is unsteady; skills needs are changing whilst at the same time there are significant social impacts being placed on those seeking or in work.   The answer cannot be solved by focusing on one part of the puzzle it needs a collective rethink, to move away from stale recruitment methods and focus instead on how we change the employment environment and unlock potential in Telford. Moving to a position that makes recruitment practices fit to benefit your organisation and for the people living and working in the borough.    We are seeking to form a dedicated group of employers in Telford committed to real change in the borough.    A group that by working, sharing, testing and learning with others addresses the challenges of filling vacancies, developing the workforce and achieving a diverse and committed workforce within the process. See below to find out how we can help you: Employers: We can provide practical support for employers based in Essex (not including Southend and Thurrock) to become Disability Confident, this is a tailor-made service which allows us to provide services and training that employers feel they would benefit from. Some areas include consultation and assessment needs, policy and procedure development as well as potential training sessions from The Better Health Generation. Employees: We can provide 16 weeks of intensive job coaching for employees with LD and/or neurodiversity whereby we are able to work with help overcoming day-to-day barriers in the workplace, monitor progress and provide feedback. This is a support area which can be bespoke to individual needs as they arise in the workplace. Job seekers: We can provide 12 weeks of intensive support with individuals who have LD and/or neurodiversity and their family or carers. This consists of direct work with our Family Consultant, myth busting sessions, financial impact reviews as well as support with overcoming practical barriers.

"The National Skills Coalition recently found that more than 90% of all job postings in Tennessee require digital skills to perform the duties, but noted that workers that qualify for jobs that require even 1 digital skill can earn an average of 23% more than in a job requiring no digital skills).
