You ability to get results comes down to what you value most. One of the reasons I believe I’ve been able to get results in fitness, is because I value it enough to make time for it. It’s also the reason I don’t have results in certain other areas of life which I don’t value. And that’s perfectly fine. That being said, if you haven’t been prioritising your fitness so far, all you need to do is look at what your life objectively demonstrates is most important to you, then link that to your fitness goal by writing down how your goal will help you fulfil your current values, and if you don’t take action on your goal, how is it hindering you from fulfilling the things most important to you. Do this enough times and you’ll shift your perspective to start prioritising your goal.
