Curious about the origins of TEAMology? Our journey has deep roots! 🌱
Research-Driven, Relationships-Based:
In the early 2000s, CEO Linsey Covert, , began researching how schools could better support students in developing crucial relationship-building skills. Using her professional relationships from years as a counselor and educator, these connections laid the groundwork for a soft pilot of TEAMology.
Generous Partners:
Thanks to Linsey's tireless efforts, key partners recognized the significance of her mission. Institutions like Penn State University and Ben Franklin Technology Partners were among the first to offer vital financial support, propelling TEAMology forward. 💪🚀
Meeting Needs Pre- & Post- COVID:
In 2016, TEAMology officially launched! In the years that followed, student focus groups played a pivotal role in refining our approach to better address student needs. Then, when the COVID-19 pandemic struck, we adapted swiftly, giving rise to TEAMtalk. This innovative platform garnered increased interest from schools. 📚
Continued Growth:
Since the inception of TEAMtalk, our growth has been exponential! Today, we take pride in our distinguished advisory board, forward-thinking leadership team, and committed Virtual TEAM Coaches. As we continue to evolve, we eagerly anticipate the further expansion of our impact.
Join us on this exciting journey!

There’s a reason panel discussions are my favorite format. 🔥
Unlike a presentation, where everything is planned to the last detail, or an interview, where the focus is on a single person, a panel brings a certain unpredictability. It’s a balancing act — you prepare as much as you can, but once you’re on stage, the magic happens in real time. ⬅️⬅️
At XPANSE, I had the privilege of moderating a panel on Makers Culture: How to Turn Ideas Into Reality. It was one of those rare moments where everything just clicked: the chemistry between .Aravinth Panch., Christian Bick, and Dr. Leo Martínez Martinez, the alignment of ideas, and the way we built new insights together as a group.
It reminded me why I love this work so much. Watch the full discussion here https://lnkd.in/ddPfkhBd
And if you’re planning your next event and need someone to help turn your panel into a memorable experience, let’s talk.
Hosted a pitch deck workshop for the Future Founders Fellowship yesterday!
I spent an hour with the new generation of business owners shaping our world and sharing the secrets behind the $180M+ of funded decks that I've written.
Great ideas shouldn't be held back by a lack of resources or connections.
My mission: Level the playing field.
High-five to Erin Beck for having me. Your program is filled with talent and ambition.
Want a peek at what we covered? Comment "pitch deck" below, and I'll share the goods.
Your story matters. Tell it well, and doors will open.
Thank you, CTO Craft, and especially Rachel Thomas and Pip Curtis, for a fantastic #CTOCraftCon last week 👍
I really enjoyed the talks, the roundtable discussion, and having inspiring conversations with like-minded peers. It was also great to finally meet some people in person who I connected with virtually already over the last months.
The conference showed, among other things, how diverse CTO roles are these days, and how different their challenges are. The following parameters come to mind (not exhaustive — which did I forget?):
▫ Company type: Product v Consultancy
▫ Company size: Startup v SME v Corporate
▫ Business objective: e.g. Go-To-Market v Growth v (Re)Gaining Competitiveness
▫ Involvement type: ‘Classic' Employment v Fractional v Interim
Anyway — now, with the many pointers, hints, and several ideas I’ve got, a lot of homework awaits, and I also look forward to the next events 😊
So, guess what?! 🎤
I dove headfirst into my first-ever pitch competition, all thanks to the powerhouse program Power to Pitch! ✨This program, led by storytelling guru Kat Weaver and Active Angel Investor Katie Dunn, gave me the tools to craft and refine my pitch for Chykalophia.
After practicing 50+ times (yep, for real! 🙌), I competed in the WBENC Amplify Pitch Competition—Midwest Bracket in August. While I didn’t make it to the next round, the experience has been priceless.💰
Now, I want YOUR feedback! 🙋♀️ Watch the pitch replay and let me know—what resonated with you, and where can I improve? Your insights could help take our messaging to the next level!

This was a super fun task- 5 minutes, 20 slides.
I encourage others to attend and apply to speak next year!

Spend the (exactly) 5 minutes to take this in. Click play and leave the mouse alone; just watch and listen. It's time well spent.
As a DisruptHR Capital Region alum, I can attest to how difficult a task Tracy Dando executes here. True professionalism, and tough as H-E- 🏒 🏒 .
An essential message, succinctly delivered.
