In many ways, the battle to protect our environment is akin to the fight for independence. It requires courage, persistence, and a deep sense of duty to something greater than ourselves. The spirit of independence that our forefathers ignited is not just a relic of history, instead It is a living force that drives us to discharge our fundamental duties and protect and nurture the nation they dreamed of. Let's not forget the ignited spirit. True development is not just about economic progress; it's about ensuring that this progress does not come at the expense of our natural resources & our future generations prospect. The forest department which is working in remotest, inaccessible and challenging circumstances is displaying nothing short of a FREEDOM STRUGGLE FIGHTING SPIRIT, fighting for rights of future generations to come, similar to how our freedom fighters did for our generation selflessly and relentlessly. Atleast, majority of stakeholders and the strong leadership at top agreed unanimously for independence from British raj. However, now the forest department is the only open stakeholder pushing for the objective of forest and environmental conversation amidst very strong developmental forces. The department in no way against development but in every sense, wants to follow due process of law and giving respect to ideals set by forefathers and constitution. Environmental conservation is not the responsibility of a few—it is a duty that we all share. Feel that moral responsibility. Just as our forefathers united for independence, we must unite for the earth. Each of us has a role to play. Whether it's planting a tree, reducing waste, or spreading awareness, every small action contributes to a larger cause.
