SAG-AFTRA accredited Intimacy Coordinator (Certified) | Film & TV | UK & EU | Speaker | Consent Educator & Workshop Facilitator Helping Leaders with post #metoo communication & preventing workplace sexual harassment
How to keep the conversation going? No one is talking enough. Find the communication around what it is to speak to not just Yes means Yes and No means No, but everything in between. Consent is not binary and exists on a spectrum and everyone can build confidence in communicating boundaries-consent conversations is the best place to start. Consent is also imperfect and worth the discussion. Lots to learn, listen to and share. Silence is the biggest block to change.
We believe having empathetic conversations will always be important. We're proud of Hugh, Josh, and Ryan for sitting down and talking about violence against women on The Imperfects Podcast and recently Network 10 The Project Hear the full episode ‘An Imperfect Chat about Men’ here: https://lnkd.in/eD-s88cw

In this podcast, Lorena Valencia speaks about what it means to not just be inspired, but to be motivated to engage and grow. She speaks about her involvement in IAWA, being a female leader in Mexico, and how important it is to offer support to other women. When it comes to building diversity, she offers a unique perspective on what is needed: flexibility. This is because when we do things that are difficult, it makes us uncomfortable; however, that allows us to grow and become adaptable. Listen here 👉 https://lnkd.in/gF9TJETY
