Africa had suffered from colonisation and history has acknowledged it. We Africans must acknowledge the rationale of being present "in the moment" and not "out of the moment". Being present "in the moment" will demand Africa to let go off the past and get rid of "victimehood" ideologies used in our daily negociations with the rest of the World. Negociations with the rest of the world don't mean a complete ban of certain countries because of the negative role played during colonialisation but rather negotiations should be base on an equitable win-win game. Inaddition, for these negociations to be effective and productive to us, we'll need to focus our energy in the right direction. Having in mind that the degree of energy concentrated in a precise direction increases the attainability of a goal would demand a clear, precise and united voice on the part of our Leaders. The word "Leaders" here doesn't only refers to our Heads of States but to all Africans regardless of our present locations. We must challenge the present status-quo and make our voices heard in matters that concern Africa. I'd like to seize this opportunity to congratulate Paul Kagame, Africa CEO Forum and the millions of Africans round the World who keep making HISTORY, for when we lay a non-biase comparative analysis of Africa from the last decade till date, we can undoubtedly say "Africa is set for the race."

We must sow seeds of change to create a legacy for future generations to emulate. True leadership is about serving the interests of the people, not the compromised bourgeoisie. With Ubuntu in mind, we can achieve anything. Ibrahim Traore is creating another paradigm shift by building with his people in mind, despite external detractors. Let's continue the Alkebulan Awakening and empower Africa! #Africa #Alkebulan #Africadiaspora #Africanleadership #AlkebulanAwakening #Africanempowerment #AlkebulanRenaissance

AFRICA'S UNITY AND THE NEEDED LEADERSHIP ************************************************ Africa's destiny for greatness rests on its ability to overcome internal divisions and forge a path of unity. We are struggling because of our artificial fragmented nature as a continent with a multitude of challenges and our voices muted on the world stage. Imagine, however, a unified Africa. This powerful force could not only tackle its own issues more effectively, but also emerge as a significant player on the international scene. If united, Africa's vast resources, rich cultural tapestry, and innovative spirit could be harnessed to become a global leader in areas like sustainable development, technological advancement, and peacebuilding efforts. This wouldn't just be about solving "African problems" with "African solutions," but about Africa taking its rightful place as a shaper of the world's future. Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the First President of the Republic of Ghana and a Global Pan Africanist once noted "it is clear that we must find an African solution to our problems, and that this can only be found in African unity. Divided we are weak; united, Africa could become one of the greatest forces for good in the world." We must forcefully, unite but more to this we must forcefully build a leadership culture of Accountability for this unity to thrive. #endlessleadership #leadership #anewafrica #OneAfrica #unitedAfrica

In my usual manner, I will call all the statements, spoken in this speech by the great Burkina Faso leader Ibrahim Traore, #ConspiracyTheories. Statements like these are what those who have cared to read & listen know so much. It’s in ancient & new books, old & recent speeches from those intellectuals within the “good, bad, & slavery” vertex of the triangle as used by Ibrahim Traore. The major reason I call all these #ConspiracyTheories is because ‘anyone who cares to look deep, research, and understands how the whole world works can come up with his/her own opinions of how the world works.’ Some have used circle, some used rectangle, some use square, as long as you seek deep knowledge, you can always come up with your own side of the story. One thing we must acknowledge however, is that, “this world is a fighting ground, it’s the survival of the fittest.” Basic economics teaches us that “human wants are infinite, resources to satisfy them is not enough & scarce.” Like Oliver Twist principle, human are naturally selfish and they will always “want more.” It’s not enough to “just be satisfied with what you have,” if you do that, those who are not will come after what you have so you must go extra miles to safeguard that which you have and even when you do, they will still come after you & yours anyway. A Yoruba adage says: ‘the flood won’t tell you it won’t pull down your house, it’s you that will not let it,’ you do this by laying a strong foundation and doing everything you can to prevent the flood from destroying your house. We have seen this been played by countries like North Korea, China, etc. We must know that “our existence in this world will always be arranged as a pyramid,” there will always be those at the top, those at the bottom, and those in between. There was a time Rome ruled the world, the Persians also had their time, now we have the USA or Europeans, very soon China (Asia) will rule and hopefully, Africa will have her time. Each ruler have always used a set of factors to rule so we can go on all about with our #ConspiracyTheories, they will always exist. After all is said, the core of the entire issue is that “what steps are we taking to make life better for the masses?” Ibrahim Traore, what actions are you taking to alleviate the sufferings of the people? How are you protecting the interest of your people? You replaced the leadership in your country due to the bad things they were doing so how have you turned those bad things around for good? What measures are you taking to not only make life meaningful for the people today but to also safeguard their future through good leadership such that when you exit your position, it will be extremely difficult for a bad leader to replace you and even if that happens, it will be easy to kick him out. We must always think succession, structures, long term policies, etc. May God grant you all that’s needed to make your nation a better place, Amen. May Burkina Faso & Africa Succeed, Amen.

When we are talking about leadership. Please listen to this 36 year old young man who puts the mediocrity of most African leaders on full glare for the world to see. This is Ibrahim Traore of Burkina Faso 🇧🇫 talking about the triangulated view of the Imperialists in Africa. He has gone to great lengths to understand the history behind Africa's continued subversion as well as understanding the enormity of the dangers and the challenges ahead of the task he is embarking on, on behalf of his country and the continent. His communication skills and his ability to carry his people along in what he is doing is what we call responsibility and accountability in leadership. Showing Eldership skills at his age. Something a lot of older leaders lack. This is what the current president in my beloved country Nigeria is lacking in tremendously, because there is no transparency in their government, everything seems to be hush hush and everything is done in secrecy with no accountability. What Ibrahim Traore is demonstrating here is the kind of leadership that Africa needs. open and honest with no diplomatic shenanigans. Please listen to the complete video on our Rumble channel https://lnkd.in/e8uvKEDX or via tiktok: https://lnkd.in/e3DBgbx7 Articulated vision of the present and what's to be done in the future. ✨️ My Alkebulan brothers and sisters in the Diaspora and on the continent this is the kind of leadership Africa demands from their leaders. Tolerating mediocrity should stop now 😑 #Oladelesthoughts #Africa #Alkebulan #Africadiaspora #Theafricawewant #AlkebulanAwakening #AlkebulanRenaissance

In one of my conversation with my African brother from the Republic of Uganda, he talked about the leadership in Uganda, how those how are entrusted with leadership roles, have formed a cartel inorder to loot the Commonwealth of Ugandans and continously keep themselves in power and remain relevant. In our conversation, I casted my mind back to the Nigeria experience, and these seems to be a common experience across the African continent. From Nigeria to Uganda, to Burkina Faso, to Mali, to Cameron, to Guinea-Bissau, Congo, Zimbabwe, and the list continous endlessly, therefore I ask a question, what is fundamentally wrong with leadership and leaders in Africa? Africa and Africans are led by kleptocrates and kakistocrate, which is evident in the continuous plaque of the African continent and her resources. Reason why Africa continue to revolve round a circle, with no clarity as to a sense of direction. These "Tocrates" have so reduced Africans to unwilled state, of Africa's growth. Which has left Africa in the deplorable state she now finds herself. As a way of manipulation, Religion have become a potent tools in the hands of the western manipulators, so that Africans have now completely surrendered, and what is now remaining is prayer and fasting, which is not in a way bad. But the problem is that Africans now pray for what they can work for. Thereby expecting God to play the role of a man. I have always advocated for a more Afrocentric and Africanise approach to the many challenges confronting the African continent. If we must grow at a fast pace, then Africans must take the bull by the horn, by way of abandoning whatever western solutions she might have been proffered with and come to a round table, amongst her brothers, to finding a lasting solution, In which way Africa will make progress.

As a nation, we yearn for leadership that puts the people above personal gain. We crave integrity, transparency, and selflessness. And yet, time and again, we're disappointed by those in power. But then we see individuals like this remarkable 36-year-old leader, who's shattering expectations and showing us what it means to truly serve a nation. Unblemished by corruption, uncompromising in his values, and unwavering in his commitment to the greater good. It's a beacon of hope, a reminder that a new generation of leaders can bring about real change. Let us take note, South Africa! Let us give young, visionary leaders like him the chance to transform our country. The time for corruption, nepotism, and selfishness is behind us. The time for courage, integrity, and selflessness is now. #LeadershipReimagined #YouthEmpowerment # CorruptionFreeSA
