Put self-care at the top of your list ✔️ Establish healthy work-life boundaries ✔️ Practice mindfulness exercises ✔️ Incorporate daily relaxation techniques ✔️ Review your caseload ✔️ Automate administrative processes 2. Build resilience ✔️ Seek support from peers ✔️ Practice and cultivate positive self-talk ✔️ Acknowledge your strengths ✔️ Find meaning daily 3. Do you feel like you're constantly creating and ticking tasks off your to-do list, but never seem to be making progress with your business goals? 😥 It might be useful to create a value matrix to rethink and reorganize your tasks and activities in relation to how much value they bring you and your practice—eliminating time-wasters, and creating more space to make progress on your goals. A value matrix consists of two axes (High Value → Low Value; Love → Hate), and four quadrants (Delegate, Master, Eliminate, Automate). 💡 HIGH-VALUE activities are ones that only you can do, that you have special talents for, and that add a lot of value to your practice. 💡 LOW-VALUE activities are those that relatively less skilled people could do (potentially), that you have no special skills for, and that add less value to your practice. 💡 LOVE activities are those that give you energy – you truly enjoy doing them. 💡 HATE activities are those activities that you procrastinate because you don’t enjoy (or even dread) them.
