If you think self-care is just a trip to the spa or a vacation, read this: There are four types of self-care: 1. Physical Self-Care (Exercise, Healthy Meal, etc) 2. Mental Self-Care (Learning, Mindfulness, etc) 3. Emotional Self-Care (journaling, connection, etc) 4. Spiritual Self-Care (Prayer, Fellowship, etc) If you feel like ur running on empty, be wary of the activities that address only 1 and 2 . . . but rob you of 3 & 4. Do you tend to all 4⁉️ #selfcare #positivity #burnout #success

So true Kristen. I’ve had a few 1-vacations that left me feeling depleted, too much 2-mental self care has had that feeling of “no more”, and 3&4 aren’t appreciated if 1&2 has left no space for them. Balance is everything!
