This week marks a milestone – I'm turning 25 (plus a few 😉). And to celebrate, I'm taking on a challenge with a purpose: walking ~40 miles (~60km) with WNOW - When No One's Watching to raise awareness and crucial funds for men's mental health. My personal goal? To get 40 amazing people to donate $40 (or any amount they can!) – that's $1 and 1 person for every mile I walk. Think of it as $1 for every year I've been on this earth (if you're catching my subtle hints). Why is this so important to me? WNOW - When No One's Watching has had a profound impact on my life. It's become a source of support, friendship, and personal growth that I truly cherish. It's a 100% volunteer-led, non-profit creating a genuine community where men feel comfortable taking their "armor" off and being their authentic selves. It's a place to connect and explore what it means to be a better man – for ourselves, our families, and our communities – with a focus on improving mental, physical, and emotional health. Will you help me out this year? This year I am participating in Bike MS (Multiple Sclerosis) with Golden Aluminum and asking for your help with donations. Even if it is $10-20, every little bit helps. I plan on riding the 32 mile option on June 29th. Bike MS's Mission is to cure MS while empowering people affected by MS to live their best lives.
