You’re overthinking your fitness journey, I promise.. As a health and fitness coach at Supra Human I work with a lot of very busy professionals; doctors, attorneys, entrepreneurs, high level executives, etc.. although every plan is unique to the individual, such as their life; they all have a few things in common. Standardized controllables. It’s like setting OKRs for yourself in your fitness — and just like business, you want to make sure you’re tracking the right ones in order to have an accurate pulse on your trajectory. Below is what I focus on standardizing with my clients 1. Nutrition 🥗 2. Movement 🚶 3. Strength Training 💪🏼 4. Sleep 😴 5. Hydration 💧 HOW we standardize these things is dependent on the individual and their goal and I have to keep in mind that the best plan is the one they can stick to — let me elaborate a bit. 1. I set their nutrition targets, but whether it’s 🎯 calories, 🎯🎯 protein and calories, 🎯🎯🎯 protein, carbs, fats is dependent on: • Their level of experience • What can they commit to • Are they someone that will do better with a little more flexibility? Or more routine? 2. What are their movement preferences? • Walk • Run • Cycle • Swim • Row • Jiu-Jitsu • Crossfit / orange theory / F45 class Truth is, it doesn’t matter 🙅🏼♂️ just standardize it; make it consistent. Give yourself the advantage of knowing how you can pull on that lever to get the result. (I’ll make another post later about this). 3. Strength training is as easy as, how many days per week can you lift weights for 15-60 minutes? For most people, 2-5 days is sufficient. 4. Get your sleep together! Seriously, set a bed time and a wake up time — and stick to that within a 30min window everyday. As you get better at this, you can make it the exact time everyday, but again, the best plan is the one you’ll stick to. 5. Hydration — get AT LEAST 1/2 your bodyweight in lbs, in oz of water. If you weigh 200lbs, drink 100oz of water. Get yourself a nice bottle and figure out how many of those you need to drink in a day. In business they say what gets measured, gets managed — and health and fitness is no different. Give yourself the advantage of knowing — data is king. If you’re a busy profressional who is looking for a data driven, personalized approach to your health and fitness click here 👉🏼 https://lnkd.in/gnjDeeNU What other topics would you benefit from learning more about? 🧠

"______ Gym Adds In-Gym Health Diagnostics." I've been seeing this sentence a lot this year, and it's cool but... The challenge for gyms adopting in-gym health diagnostics services is training their staff effectively to utilize this new data. They need to educate them on integrating it into coaching, sales, and retention practices. It's not as simple as it sounds, but it's a powerful added benefit that depends on staff implementing it as a real actionable tool.

Every day in gyms around the world, valuable data from workouts and lifts is recorded and then wiped away. But what if we used this data to enhance our members' experiences? Analysing benchmark scores and lifts can provide affiliate owners and coaches with insights into how well members are progressing and guide us in adding value to their experiences. However, downloading and organising this data might not be straightforward. If you're unsure how to access this information, contact your electronic system provider for support. Don't let the technical aspects be a barrier to leveraging this valuable resource. Once you have the data, the next step is to define the questions you want the analysis to answer. Avoid general questions like "are my members getting fitter?" and instead focus on specific metrics. Questions could include: - Has there been an increase in strength (based on deadlift, back squat, and bench press) for all member groups over the last year? - Are both men and women improving in their 5 km row? - Has there been an improvement in both the max clean & jerk and snatch for all members? - Has the rate of improvement in the max strict HSPU been the same as for the max kipping HSPU? Visual tools like graphs and charts can make data easier to understand and can highlight patterns, allowing you to show athletes their progress more clearly. Comparing data over time or between members can reveal trends and areas for improvement. This analysis can be used to adjust individual or group training programs and enhance progression. Remember, if you're unsure how to analyse the data, reach out for help. Your members might have relevant skills, or local schools and colleges might be interested in collaborating with real-world data. Once you have answers to your questions, use this information to make informed decisions about your programming and coaching. Implement changes based on your findings, and then reanalyse the data after a certain period to assess the impact of those changes. By harnessing the power of data, you can continuously improve the member experience at your gym. Share your experiences with gym data analysis and how it has helped you enhance your members' experiences. Let's learn from each other and use data to drive positive change in our gyms. #GymDataAnalysis #MemberExperience #DataDrivenCoaching

𝗜𝘀 𝟭𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆? For years, we've been told to aim for 10,000 steps a day to stay healthy. But did you know this number was actually a marketing ploy by a Japanese company in the 1960s? 🏃♂️ Recent studies suggest that while more steps are generally better for your health, you don't need to hit 10,000 to see benefits. In fact, as few as 2,600 to 2,800 steps can improve your health, and 8,000 steps might be enough to prevent major chronic conditions. 🚶♀️ The key takeaway? Focus on increasing your physical activity in a way that fits your lifestyle and personal goals. More movement leads to a healthier life, but there's no magic number. 📊 Let's rethink our fitness goals and make them more achievable and personalized. How many steps do you aim for each day? Share your thoughts below!..👇 #Health #Fitness #Wellness #PhysicalActivity #MythBusting Source: https://lnkd.in/d9iet_mz.

Navigating Online Reviews: A Clever Strategy for Gyms! In the world of online reviews, consumers often skip the numerous five-star ratings and head straight to the one-star reviews to see what could potentially go wrong. It seems counterintuitive, but focusing on the negative reviews can offer a more balanced perspective. Here's an intriguing tactic adopted by one of our gyms: they had a member post a one-star review by design. This wasn't just any negative review—it was a cleverly crafted, glowing review written in a snarky tone that still rated the gym a single star. At first glance, this approach seems unusual. However, it plays into the behavior of many consumers who prioritize reading lower-rated reviews. By presenting a positive experience under a one-star rating, the gym managed to grab attention and communicate their strengths in an unexpected way. This unique strategy leverages consumer behavior to a gym's advantage, promoting transparency and sparking curiosity. While it’s undeniably hacky, it’s also an innovative way to stand out in the crowded market of online reviews. This approach isn’t just for gyms. E-commerce stores, tech products, and apps can also benefit from this technique. The goal isn’t to deceive, but to engage potential customers in a way that aligns with their review-reading habits. What are your thoughts on this unorthodox strategy? Have you come across similar creative tactics in other industries? Share your experiences and insights! #MarketingStrategy #ConsumerBehavior #OnlineReviews #GymMarketing #ECommerceInsights #BusinessGrowth #InnovativeMarketing

How 2 Gyms Stopped Wasting Time on Leads That Never Buy This week, I installed the Leveraged Lead System™️ into two gyms, and it’s been a game changer. They’re no longer wasting hours chasing leads that go nowhere. Instead, they’re only talking to high-quality leads—those who are ready to buy, not the time-wasters who just want free info. And here’s the kicker: they’re responding to every lead within minutes, which makes them 21x more likely to convert. Too many fitness business owners spend hours following up with people who were never going to buy. It’s frustrating, draining, and ultimately a waste of valuable time. But here’s the truth: not every lead deserves your time. The key is to filter out the unqualified leads before they even get on a call. That’s what the Leveraged Lead System™️ does. It automatically engages, pre-qualifies, and only books calls with leads that are serious about buying. No more chasing cold leads or wasting hours on follow-ups. Here’s the important part: I’ve got 2 spaces left for anyone who wants this system installed into their business, and the doors close at 5pm GMT tonight. Want to stop wasting time on leads that never buy? Let’s chat. Drop me a message with "Leveraged" and I’ll show you how we can make it happen.

🌊 Transforming Athletic Performance with Nano-Bubble Technology! 🌊 I'm excited to share some fascinating insights from a recent double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study on the impact of an oxygen nanobubble beverage on athletic performance. This study, conducted by the University of Surrey and the University of Oxford, highlights the incredible potential of nano-bubble technology in enhancing endurance and sprint performance for athletes. 🚴♂️ Key Findings from the Study: • Faster Time Trials: Cyclists consuming the oxygen nanobubble beverage completed a 16.1-km time trial 2.4% faster compared to the placebo group. • Increased Power Output: Average power during the time trial was 4.1% higher for those consuming the oxygen nanobubble beverage. • Enhanced Sprint Performance: During repeated 30-second sprints, peak power output increased by 7.1% for participants who consumed the oxygen nanobubble beverage. Why Does This Happen? Nano-bubbles enhance oxygen delivery directly to the muscles, improving oxygen uptake and utilization. This leads to more efficient energy production and reduced fatigue during high-intensity efforts. The study suggests that nano-bubbles may help increase blood flow and oxygen delivery to muscle fibers, especially during strenuous exercise. Implications for the Future: The adoption of nanobubble technology in sports nutrition can revolutionize athletic performance, providing a practical and effective ergogenic aid. This innovation not only benefits competitive cyclists but also holds potential for a wide range of sports requiring endurance and repeated high-intensity efforts. Why It Matters: For athletes and coaches, incorporating nanobubble technology into training and competition routines could mean better performance, faster recovery, and a competitive edge. This study is a testament to the promising future of nanobubble applications in sports science. Interested in learning more about how nanobubbles can enhance your athletic performance?
