Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund’s Post

We are thankful to Transparent Hands for partnering with us to organise 14 free medical camps across #Punjab, #KhyberPakhtunkhwa and #Sindh under our Restoring Services & Climate Resilience initiatives. Transparent Hands is providing a dedicated #medical team to offer free consultations, diagnostic tests, medicines, and preventive health sessions, while #PPAF is managing logistics, including venue arrangements, travel, and #community #mobilisation to ensure maximum #participation. The first two camps in UC #Drosh-II and #Bumbarate (#Kalash Valley) treated 673 patients for bacterial infections, heart diseases, viral fevers, and more. Diagnostic tests conducted by the TH team included screenings for #Hepatitis B & C, blood pressure, blood sugar, uric acid, and cholesterol. In addition to Transparent Hands, PPAF has panned 596 medical #camps through its partner #organisations in 61 UCs, to benefit around 55,000 patients by the end of this year.
