Mental health matters every day, of every month, but using this month to spread more awareness can help reach people who still feel alone in their struggles. Taking care of your mental health is an act of self love. It's just as important as taking care of your physical health. It's ok, to not be ok. We are all progressing, and we are not perfect. We need to truly stop the stigma when it comes to mental health. Let's talk more about it, be there for others, so no one ever feels alone and never feels ashamed to talk to an outside source, like a therapist.
