Knowing where you've been and where you are helps you strategize where you want to go! 📈 When I visit new clients, I evaluate over 200 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Knowledge is power, but for this series, we'll focus on 5 key metrics. 📞 Today's Metric: New Patient Phone Call Conversion Rate. This is the percentage of new patient phone calls that result in a scheduled consultation. Your benchmark goal is 90%, meaning 9 out of 10 incoming new patient leads should result in a booked appointment. 🛠 To achieve this, ensure your scheduling team is well-trained and equipped with effective scripts to optimize success.
