Based on this work and our observations of leaders who are highly effective but in different ways, we offer four leadership types according to how they use power and influence, their reasons for doing so, and their impact on their organization’s culture. What makes AGC different from other training and development orgs out there? Check out this month’s blog to find out. Hint: it’s our commitment to Identity Based Leadership Development. “This identity based approach to leadership is the bedrock of our work. It is the hard work of leadership. It is the stuff that we often wish we could unsee. But this work also includes those brilliant bits like our values and our purpose and our strengths. Seeing these more clearly also helps us utilize them on purpose with greater impact.” Leadership is more than a set of skills or status earned. It’s about becoming the very best version of yourself and leading from there. Keep reading on this month’s blog!
