Today, we're featuring Stephanie C., Technical Support Analyst at Voltage Park. Here's her story 👇 ❓ What inspired you to pursue a career in support? After an unsuccessful attempt at a beauty career, I transitioned to various customer service roles although it was challenging at the beginning. During this time, I taught myself technical skills through online resources and personal projects; this is when I discovered a true passion for support and technology! 😍 What do you love about it? I LOVE being able to provide solutions to customers! No matter the product or service, my goal is to always improve the customer experience. I also really enjoy problem solving and diving deep into complex issues. ✨ Who’s someone you learned a lot from, and what did you learn from them? I learned a lot from Ashley Chao at Fountain. She is an incredible mentor and colleague who taught me various technical skills. Her dedication, patience, and collaborative spirit were crucial to my development. Melissa Du and Spencer Mellon at Voltage Park also challenge me in the best way possible. I've accomplished a lot of goals that I never thought I could meet in such a short amount of time. 📣 What advice would you give to someone else wanting to break into support? If you believe you have the skills suitable for support, go for it! Don’t ever let anything get in the way of your goals, even if it’s a lack of experience or self-doubt. The only advice I have is to always try to do your best even when your goals seem impossible. 🥇 What company has recently really impressed you with the quality of their support? Human Interest and Plain are the first companies that come to mind!
