On 13th june , I purchased a pair of glasses from your company. Unfortunately, upon receiving the package, I found that the box was damaged. Consequently, I decided to return the item and initiated the return process promptly. It has now been over 20 days since the return was made, yet I have not received any communication regarding my refund. This delay is causing significant inconvenience, as the outstanding amount is affecting my credit score. Despite my initial excitement to purchase from Prada for the first time, this experience has been extremely disappointing. According to your team, UPS, your delivery partner, has lost my returned package, and as a result, Prada has not received it. While I understand that such situations can occur, it is unfair that I am the one bearing the consequences. I kindly request an immediate update on the status of my refund and the steps being taken to resolve this issue. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
