Showing value to the employee is the best way a company can do. Increasing your salary without valuing your work doesn't mean anything. Many might be thinking how a company will increase salary without valuing their work? yes it's a devilish tactic done by the management and so called professional management to make the employee don't go outside making them slaves as obviously they won't get a similar package for their current job roles and making them stay even if they face different hurdles. it's toxic when you don't value your employees and make them feel appreciated. It might be the manager, the leads and so called the puppets of the management who choose to let an employee go even after giving their hundred percent efforts at their work place by treatment them like worthless, making biased decisions, supporting favoured people of a so called group who always runs around the management who wants to show off their skills even if there are nothing. it's always a group of people who will be benefited in every aspect of their jobs who always agrees whatever their bosses say even if they know that doesn't work or affect the employee culture Under the shadow of toxic bosses, working under them in a toxic work culture, saying no for a thing attracts to the work place harassment that many employees won't open up about. Even after knowing whatever happens in the organisation if the management stays still numb, my friend it's the time you choose to search for a new job if you want a peaceful life. Even after giving your heart and soul, if you are still facing issues like it's not what we expect from you, we need more, it's definitely toxic, if an employee who once was a star in the company is leaving because of the very reason, and the management is letting them know even without asking a single reason, that's a toxic culture for sure. Every company has bad and a good, but if it's toxic then it's a problem for you for sure. So choose wisely and don't get fooled around with the increase in your salary, choose a better boss who actually understands your worth, appreciate you, choose a organisation who actually values your work life balance, your mental health, PS: My current organization actually gives me work life balance and my work life is far better because of the flexibility they are providing.
