Affinity Solutions is seeking a Platform Development Director, who will be responsible for building strategic and lasting partnerships across the digital marketing ecosystem (both buy and sell side). Reporting to the SVP, Business Development, this individual will work closely with the team to define and execute against key business initiatives for each given quarter and year. Responsibilities: Drive revenue: Establish and grow deep relationships with key strategic partners responsible for planning and buying media (agencies, media/publishing companies, Walled Gardens) across the ad-tech ecosystem. Account planning and management: Develop a strong understanding of the client's business challenges and be able to clearly demonstrate how Affinity's solutions can support those challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with other internal teams at Affinity, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to ensure Affinity's solutions are comprehensively addressing client needs. Success in this role requires someone who is thoughtful and comprehensive in their outreach. Strategy and analysis: Provide ad-tech expertise and think strategically about both near-term and long-term opportunities to materially grow Affinity Solutions. Qualifications: 8-10 years of prior business development experience in the digital advertising or marketing technology space Experience structuring comprehensive and complex partnerships Strong ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and internal teams Highly analytical; able to manage multiple projects and/or clients simultaneously Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 Affinity Working Hours: 9AM-5:30PM Benefits for full-time employees of Affinity Solutions begin on the first of the month following your date of hire with a generous employer contribution for medical, dental, and vision.
