THIS IS NOT A GOOD BYE, I’LL COME BACK STRONGER Time flies. I want to share a little bit about my career journey after 12 years working as a professional employee. I started my professional career in 2011 at Accenture Indonesia as SAP ABAP developer. In short, during my tenure at Accenture, I have involved in several implementation projects as SAP Data Migration HR and SAP Change Management in various industries from government institution to multinational companies. I left Accenture in August 2017 after 6 years with my last position as an Associate Manager. Continuing my career in September 2017, I received an offer and was accepted at PT Ernst and Young Indonesia as Manager (Level 1). Moving from Accenture to EY was quite interesting, changing my mindset from working on an implementation project to an advisory project. During my tenure at PT Ernst and Young Indonesia, I have involved in several Advisory projects as Business Process Human Resources, Project Management at Central Bank of Indonesia and Private Banking. I left PT Ernst and Young Indonesia in February 2021 after working for 3.5 years with my last position as Senior Manager. After 10 years working in consulting firm, I decided to move to CT Corp Digital as Group PMO. I want to experience something different beyond consulting world. A bit culture shock but no regrets at all for the decision I made to join this company. Best experiences where I got to learn new things like Digital, E-Commerce as well as leadership from CEO, Directors, and Steering Committee from different business units. In summary, during my tenure at CT Corp Digital, I have involved in several projects such as Digital Banking (Allo Bank), Digital Ecosystem, Data Project and Mobile Application. Thankfully in 2021, I was awarded as one of the Best Employee and Best Attendance which I never expected. For almost 12 years I have passionately dedicated my time to focus on my career, It’s time for me now to dedicate my time for a special life project. I will return to my beautiful ‘Kampung’ Rengasdengklok to look after and accompany my mom due to her health condition, since my father passed away in September 2022 after battling lung cancer. In the current situation, I have to temporarily put my career as second priority. I have decided to resign from my current job effective 1 August 2023 for a short Career Break and focus on my mom’s health. Hopefully with the prayers and support from all of you, my mom will recover soon, get better and be healthy. Please wait for me, I’ll come back stronger to continue my professional career in the near future. On the other hand, I am open for any part time jobs or freelance opportunities with flexible hours that can be done remotely. Thank you for all the support and let’s keep in touch.
