Celebrating my 35th birthday today! Here’s to another year filled with lessons, smiles, and so much more. Cheers! 🥂 6/6/89 Reflecting on some key lessons I’ve learned over the years: 1. Compound Growth: Life is a marathon, not a sprint. Small, consistent efforts lead to significant improvements over time. 2. Relationships: True connections are built on how we show up for each other. It’s the quality of our presence that matters most. 3. Embracing Discomfort: Growth often happens outside our comfort zones. It’s okay not to have all the answers. 4. Faith: Trust that there’s a greater plan at work. God didn’t bring us this far just to leave us here. 5. Gratitude: Be thankful for the past, but even more grateful for the present moment. What are your thoughts on this? If we never give a chance, we will never know what could have been. Sometimes, all it takes is one person, one company, someone to believe in a candidate. Experience is valuable. How can we expect candidates to have experience if we never give it to them? Take a fresh candidate with potential and mold them into the employee you want.
