India’s First Live-in Agreement: This came into light when the women filed rape case. Now to secure pre-arrest bail(Anticipatory Bail) in a rape case filed by his partner in Mumbai, This 46-year-old man has produces a "live-in relationship agreement" that he claims states that they would not file any case of sexual harassment against each other. The sessions court granted him bail in the rape case on August 29 in this Colaba police station matter. Twist: Except, the 29-year-old woman who took him to court told a Mumbai court that the signature on the document was not hers. Agreement Clauses : According to the seven-point agreement between the two, it was decided that they will stay together from August 1 2024 to June 30, 2025. The second clause states that during this period they will not file any case of sexual harassment against each other and will spend their time together peacefully. The woman will live with the man at his home, says the third clause, and if she finds his behavior inappropriate, they can separate at any time after giving one month's notice. Relatives of the woman cannot come to her house while she is staying with him, says the fourth clause. As per the fifth clause, the woman should not cause any harassment or mental agony to the man. If the woman gets pregnant during this period, the man should not be held responsible, says the sixth clause. #AI can be viewed also to be manipulative even if we know it is a simulation. A simulation can be so convincing that we become so beguiled by its verisimilitude that we find it hard to resist behaving as if it were real. We might know it isn’t real, but it still might trigger our emotions and entice us to behave in different ways. For example, we might forge greater emotional bonds of trust with simulated intelligence than we would with a less anthropomorphic machine. Even full transparency about the fact we’re engaging with AI can’t fully address this problem. #Privacy laws must regulate human-AI interactions. People should know if they are interacting with AI or a real human. Beyond requiring transparency about the involvement of AI, the law must recognize that in certain circumstances, AI is not just any computer code.
