Impact looks different for everyone. Don't glorify one or underestimate another. ❤️ Serving food at a soup kitchen, ❤️ Working with Doctors Without Borders ❤️ Volunteering for causes you care about ❤️ Donating to support causes you care about. ❤️ Using your skills at hackathons to help non-profits. It can also look like ➡️ Ensuring your products are inclusive. ➡️ Mentoring others who are struggling at work. ➡️ Bringing joy to those around you and reducing their stress. ➡️ Maintaining 100% availability so small businesses are paid on time. ➡️ Building impactful products, like Tala, Embrace Global ➡️ Starting an investment fund supporting massive impact like what Christian Idiodi just did to have an impact on Africa's Innovation. 💡 It all starts by asking how we can do better for others with our time, money, and skills. How do you think you could make an impact? Share your story! #impact #inclusion #socialimpact

Absolutely! Every act of impact, big or small, contributes to a better world. Whether you're volunteering at a local shelter or driving innovation in tech, your efforts matter.

Most impacts I have contributed to when helped people technically or emotionally by listening to what they are going through without judging them or what background or position they have . Even seniors or freshers are insecure one or the other way . I Understood everyone had their story and everyone goes through something in their life and what we all can do - if we can't help ,don't make anyone's life more difficult . Don't be the reason anyone has a stressful or sad day because of you . If someone doesn't know the skill help them instead of pointing fingers or gossiping -you never know how financially difficult the past that person had or how that person is managing by paying bills to support himself and family .Don't be the reason anyone will lose their job .Be a nice person . Last lesson I learned during this time after layoff - everything comes around in full circle . Karma always has a way of coming back . So do hard work one day it will all pay off and be the guiding light everyone looks up to when they have a bad day ❤️.
