A Prayer ’Lord, I’m not praying for miracles and visions, I’m only asking for strength for my days. Teach me the art of small steps. Make me clever and resourceful, so that I can find important discoveries and experiences among the diversity of days. Help me use my time better. Present me with the sense to be able to judge whether something is important or not. I pray for the power of discipline and moderation, not only to run throughout my life, but also to live my days reasonably, and observe unexpected pleasures and heights. Save me from the naive belief that everything in life has to go smoothly. Give me the sober recognition that difficulties, failures, fiascos, and setbacks are given to us by life itself to make us grow and mature. Send me the right person at the right moment, who will have enough courage and love to utter the truth! I know that many problems solve themselves, so please teach me patience. You know how much we need friendship. Make me worthy of this nicest, hardest, riskiest and most fragile gift of life. Give me enough imagination to be able to share with someone a little bit of warmth, in the right place, at the right time, with words or with silence. Spare me the fear of missing out on life. Do not give me the things I desire, but the things I need. Teach me the art of small steps!’ Prayer by Antoine de Saint-Exupery Image: The Little Prince Movie, 2015

-🌟 KNOW THYSELF 🌟 Have you ever asked yourself, "Who am I, really?" or "What is my purpose?" 🤔 The journey to knowing thyself is one of the most powerful steps you can take to live authentically and align your life with God’s divine purpose. Here’s the truth: You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), created in God’s image (Genesis 1:27), and uniquely designed with a purpose only YOU can fulfill. 💖 But the world’s noise—social media, comparisons, and societal pressures—can make it hard to see ourselves as God does. Knowing thyself starts with turning inward: ✨ Take time for self-reflection through journaling, prayer, or quiet moments. ✨ Explore your passions, strengths, and interests. ✨ Seek feedback from trusted friends and mentors. ✨ Align your life with God’s truth instead of the world’s expectations. As Brené Brown says, "Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are." Www.thesnapback.org

Personal Reflection: Embracing the Fullness of Life This morning, during my time of prayer and reflection, a question weighed on my heart: "What truly defines the fullness of life?" To me, it signifies living in alignment with our purpose in a way that honors our profound potential. Being a Christian, more specifically a Catholic, my worldview shapes my understanding of what it means to experience the fullness of life. As a beloved child of God, I find that it involves a continuous communion through prayer. The Liturgy of the Hours has been a profound tool in grounding my day and nurturing a deeper connection with God. Furthermore, living fully encompasses selfless service to others, embracing love, mercy, and humility. Finding balance in all aspects of life and carrying out tasks with a spirit of dedication are key elements of this journey. Yet, the fullness of life extends beyond spiritual well-being. It also entails harmoniously nurturing the pillars of physical, emotional, and professional well-being. Daily practices that enrich my experience of life's fullness include immersing myself in prayer, cherishing moments with loved ones, engaging in physical activity to invigorate my body and stimulate my mind, spreading joy through simple acts of kindness, and approaching my work as a form of worship, giving my best as an offering unto the divine. As I strive to embrace the fullness of life, I am called to integrate these dimensions—spiritual, physical, emotional, and professional—into a coherent and holistic existence. In these moments of alignment, I feel truly alive and connected to the profound beauty of God's creation.
