✨ Grateful to share my thoughts on the future of qual, with The Thomas Collective ✨ Reflecting on my 20 years in the industry, it's an exciting time to be working in qual. Over the last few years we’ve watched the research landscape shift to enable greater speed to insights, yet qualitative research still felt HARD. Taking the easy path in qual means making huge trade-offs or sacrificing what we all value–human connections that lead to business decisions rooted in human truths. So we did something about it and built the future of qual.
