💭 A thought: Per the Fed’s release and proposed changes on Debit Interchange Fees (Reg II), it could see merchants pay 4 different regulated rates in a 3-year period. Theoretically, fees could decrease and then increase over that time - which, when you think about debit routing for merchants, makes baselining incentives, maximizing the application of preferential pricing, or general optimization hyper-complex. #payments CMSPI
