Today marks a significant milestone as we celebrate the 4th anniversary of Medlabconvo (MLC), a journey that has been nothing short of transformative, both personally and professionally. Three years ago, as an undergraduate, I joined this remarkable health-based non-governmental organization, and it has since become an integral part of my life. Little did I know, Medlabconvo would become the catalyst for my personal and professional growth Reflecting on this journey, I am filled with gratitude for the countless "first-time experiences" lifelong friendships that MLC has bestowed upon me. From public speaking to networking, from organizing impactful events to contributing to critical healthcare conversations, MLC has shaped me into who I'm today. The support, mentorship, and camaraderie I've found here are truly invaluable. Today, we stand together as a family, proud of the progress we've achieved in realizing our "100% or nothing" dream. These four years have been a testament to our collective impact, strategic thinking, sustained growth, and increased visibility in our field. Last week on the Race Track I had the pleasure of meeting with the New Jersey Team. When in a race, especially in a team, you must be focused, fast and work together.
