Your job is to help us develop and run that machine. And you won't do it alone. You'll hire and develop a team of amazing electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and engineering product managers. 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐎𝐮𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐭! 🎨 We watched an artist spend an entire day to create this masterpiece. Like any skill set, it took time, dedication and patience. Much like any of the many jobs that we perform within our day-to-day lives. Our careers are built over years of experience and applied skills. And while some of our processes are tried and true and distinct to the manufacturing industry, I am here for creativity to be an evolving and more influential part of what we do. In recruiting engineers, I know that creativity doesn't look like this on the plant floor. What it does look like though, is innovation and the ability to problem solve in a way that isn't always confined to the box. Creativity looks like designing a system that works within in a confined amount of space or welding together custom shop floor frames to hold other frames.
