At the end of the day, the litmus test for leadership is what people will say about you years down the line. I witnessed this firsthand at Mindtree where each founder was a genuinely good human being. It's no surprise that the company punched well above its weight and evokes warm feelings from former employees. As Maya Angelou famously said, "people will never forget how you made them feel".
