How many of your shoppers would go to another store if they couldn’t find the product they were looking for? This can be a pretty useful stat to know when your buyer neglects to consider the needs of their #shoppers. This is about the worst outcome you can get from a poorly executed #category. Not only do you lose a sale in the category. The #retailer loses that spend altogether. And the #shopper loses their time as they are forced to go elsewhere. That’s 3 losses already. Then the shopper might like elsewhere. They might return elsewhere and pick up a few things that caught their eye. Before long you hardly see them at all. They popped in for #milk last Tuesday. Then.
