Position: Marketing Manager (1) Post Gender: Male (or) Female Working Day & Time: Mon to Fri (8:30 to 5:30) Ferry: Provided Salary: Negotiation Location: Yangon Job Description 1. Lead the marketing department and establishes marketing goals to ensure market share and profitability of products and/or services. 2. Plans and oversees the brand’s new product launching, advertising and promotional activities including ATL & BTL. 3. Develops and executes monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans and budgets and ensure that plans are consistent with OEM rules and regulations. 4. Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long-range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of products and/or services. 5. Communicates with outside advertising agencies regarding ongoing campaigns/activities. 6. Establishes and implement digital marketing teams to create digital marketing activities; oversees contents, copywriting, design to promote brand and achieved the sales targets. 7. Works with the senior managements and brand manager, also with OEM to develop events, activities, & campaigns. 8. Acts as liaison with the manufacturer (OEM) regarding merchandising. 9. Communicates and coordinate with sales team to keep abreast of customer attitudes, demographics, buying habits etc. 10. Communicates and survey with internal and external customers to determine their needs and interests. 11. Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, media placement, and merchandising policy. 12. Seeks out and uses markets and competitor’s information. 13. Prepares marketing and other reports and presents them to senior management. Job Requirement: 1. Minimum 5 years experienced in automotive industry with same role; must have experience with principal office (OEM). 2. Must have experienced in launching the events & activities. 3. Must have strong leadership, team management, communications & interpersonal skills. 4. Bachelor degree or higher; Marketing, advertising; MBA will be advantage.
