Position: Admin Position (1) Post Gender: Male (or) Female Working Day & Time: Mon to Fri (8:30 to 5:30) Off Day: Sat, Sun, and Public holiday Location: Yangon Job Description Control fixed asset management including arranging office supplies, and stationery, checking stocks. Control inventory registration and maintain physical inventory checking. Arrange transportation for employees. Handle payments for bills such as electric meter and water meter etc., Manage office maintenance and facilities services. Must be able to communicate with government office. Manage smooth and safe correspondences internally and externally. Provide administrative support to HR & Admin department. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree holder Minimum 2 years of experiences in administrative works Proficient in using Internet & Email and MS Office such as Word, Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive and independent Salary and Benefits Up to 400,000 MMK Ferry & phone bills provided.
