Did Mclaren sacrifice Lando Norris’s first world championship for Oscar Piastri’s first win ? After the eventful race in Hungary , everyone is asking the same question : What did Mclaren do ? Was it worth sacrificing Lando’s win for Oscar’s ? Lando starts the race from pole which he lost to Oscar and then Mclaren ruining Oscar’s pitstop strategy and doing  undercut with Lando to cover Hamilton , but this doesn’t go as planned and Norris takes away the race leadership. Now Mclaren asking him to switch positions with Oscar but as the only person who is competing for world championship Lando says on the radio that this position and win maybe the most important one in a whole season. But his race engineer Will is asking him again and again to slow down and give the position back and he’s proved that he is faster than Oscar , then Will says on the radio : “Lando remember the only way to win the championship is with team’s and Oscar’s help not alone”.  On the last lap Lando switches the position with Oscar , some people say it will be decision maker for the world championships , because as summer break is approaching Mclaren will bring updates and so will RedBull.I guess only way to find out if Mclaren did the right thing or not is to wait until season ends . But in a logical way they should have let Norris win the race as he is second in a drivers standings. #f1 #formula1 #mclarenracing #mclaren

🏆 25 World Championships 🏁 Over 200 race wins 🎯 130+ Pole Positions ⚡ 150+ Fastest Laps Nobody has won more than Adrian Newey in Formula 1. This contribution to the sport stands at nearly 20% of all-time wins in the sport. Earlier this week, Aston Martin F1 Team officially announced Newey as their managing technical partner, set to lead the redesign of their 2025 car and drive the team toward the top of Formula 1. The 65-year-old has signed a long-term contract and will also become a shareholder in the team. Why is this set to shake things up? 1. Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology lose their technical genius of 19 years; "Losing Newey would of course be a big disadvantage, also because it would mean that another team would then get him,” Helmut Marko said. “In that case, he takes with him not only the knowledge, but also an incredible wealth of experience." 2. The wealth of experience is directly translated to Aston Martin, a team owned by Lawrence Stroll, who are heavily investing in the right people and resources to be on top of the grid. A car driven by Fernando Alonso, arguably, the best driver considered by many on the grid, is the other piece of the puzzle, which is already in place. 3. Opening new doors: Max Verstappen is currently chasing his 4th consecutive world title in a Newey-designed car. Although he is in the lead at the moment, the decline in Red Bull's performance post Newey's sign-off is observable.
