Celebrating the wins! Do you take time to raise a glass when something has gone really well? 🥂 Offer accepted? 💥 Picked up the keys to your next project? 🗝️ Finished a refurb and the property is now rented? 🏠 New member of staff? 🤝 We are dreadful at taking the time to celebrate anything! 🙈 But we shouldn’t be! Im currently reading a book by Joe Dispenza and in this he stresses the importance of celebrating the small things. He says, ‘celebrating reinforces a positive mindset and helps create a positive loop in your mind, reinforcing the belief that you are capable of succeeding and reaching your goals’ ‘Celebrating wins, provides a boost of motivation and confidence plus affirming your self-worth and acknowledging your efforts’ So what can you celebrate this week? Reflections on Growth and Connection Another week wrapped up, and what a week it's been, filled with learning, connection, and a deep dive into the world of coaching. I had the privilege of spending a couple of days in a room filled with other passionate coaches and mentors, each bringing unique experiences and insights. It’s a reminder of the rich diversity in coaching—while our goals align, our approaches and preferences are uniquely ours. Being surrounded by like-minded people was inspiring; the energy in the room was incredible! We explored new and familiar coaching tools, examining them through different lenses. These moments affirm that coaching isn’t just a career for me; it’s a commitment to lifelong growth, learning, and the joy of guiding others on their journeys.
