“Publication Alert” I am thrilled that our latest research work, “Joint UAV Deployment and Precoder Optimization for Multicasting and Target Sensing in UAV-Assisted ISAC Networks” accepted at IEEE Internet of Things Journal is now available online for readers. In this paper, we consider multicast content delivery and target sensing problem in a UAV-assisted ISAC network. To achieve the tradeoff between communication and sensing performance, we define utility function as the weighted sum of the communication data rate of user equipments (UEs) and the effective sensing power of GTs, and formulate the joint user grouping, UAV deployment, communication and sensing precoding problem as a constrained utility function maximization problem. To solve the formulated problem, we design a user grouping strategy for multicasting and ground target scheduling algorithm, Heuristic algorithm and Load balancing based-user group association algorithm, 3D UAV deployment algorithm, and precoder design for communication and sensing. https://lnkd.in/erSE9kpn
