Our POWER (Preston Opportunities for Women to Excel and Rise) employee resource group knows how to throw an event! When the group launched in 2022, they developed goals based on feedback from people across the company. POWER delivers on those goals, providing opportunities for our people to build relationships in an inclusive environment. #PrestonProud #PrestonDigs

✅ Building working relationships for women within the company ✅More internal company events to promote inclusion/belonging for ALL employees Our Q3 POWER Event tackled top requests from employees with our Employee Appreciation Event. Employees representing all departments came together to celebrate our hard work and commitment to each other. We kicked things off with 🙌🏻Friends, 🌺 Hawaiian food, and 🍧 Shaved ice. Followed by a competitive game of trivia featuring questions about construction, accounting, and fun facts about women of Preston. Topped it all off with a raffle for fun prizes and swag. Thank you to the Colin Beech Foundation for having us at the 3rd annual Colin Invitational Golf Tournament in Half Moon Bay! The foundation donates to local hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and charities that assist people and families suffering from brain aneurysms and vascular malformations. We're genuinely proud to participate in an event that aims to help families in need and further the research and education of these conditions. #PrestonDigs #PrestonProud
