Unveiling Lipid Wisdom: A Survey on Hypertriglyceridemia and Chylomicronaemia Knowledge    We need your help with this survey which is designed to gather valuable insights from healthcare professionals and aims to understand your knowledge, practices, and perceptions regarding hypertriglyceridemia and chylomicronaemia management, and to quantify unmet clincial needs in patients with hypertriglyceridemia. The Digital Health Validation Laboratory’s goal is to support innovators needs in validating their digital health innovations throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. In alignment with this goal, we are working to develop a network that will support and enhance the understanding of digital health innovators as they look to navigate the complex regulatory landscape with their products. Reflecting on a session earlier talking with members of a local community network, about how different the participants’ experiences were, how they varied in their expectations, priorities, reservations, all within a group chosen to reflect a particular demographic. We like to talk about the public or patient voice as if it’s a singular thing, and equally when we do stretch into considering different publics (let’s all agree to bin the phrase ‘hard to reach’) we can almost demand of them that they represent a single community voice. Public consultation and engagement needs to welcome diversity in perspectives, because single consensus viewpoints are just useful fictions for the purpose of reporting “members of the public agreed”. Rather than demonstrating “the patient voice” (singular), we should be genuinely talking to and listening to different voices.
