In innovative designs, an inflatable formwork can be used, which is a highly advanced construction methodology. There will be the inflation of a large, balloon-like structure that would perform as formwork for spraying or casting concrete, or a similar material. When it hardens, the inflatable formwork is deflated and removed to show a really wonderful, solid, curved structure.
