The Man who taught us the Art of a Perfect Counterattack On a day when India’s batting card looked like a house of cards in Chennai, Ashwin walked in with a "No worries, I got this" attitude and gave us a masterclass in resilience and some seriously gutsy cricket. The man pulled off a stunning counterattack against Bangladesh, notching a century when India needed it most. Let's talk numbers (and some ego-crushing moments for bowlers): ☄ 100+ runs? Check ! ☄ Tying MS Dhoni’s Test centuries? Done... in fewer innings. ☄ 4 centuries at No. 8 – more than anyone except Daniel Vettori. That’s "batting order" for mere mortals. Ashwin’s not just about the bat though – 36 five-wicket hauls put him right up there with the greats like Sir Richard Hadlee and with 3 more 50plus scores than the legend himself. Is he undoubtedly the greatest test all rounder ? No pressure. Lesson of the Day? It’s not always about starting at the top. Sometimes, greatness is born at No. 8, by staying sharp, patient, and resilient while the world expects you to fail. Moral for us all? In a tricky spot, when the chips are down – counterattack like Ashwin. #BeLikeAshwin #Resilience #NeverGiveUp

Never Lose Hope, Fight Till the End - India's Inspiring Cricket Victory 🏏🍾 In a nail-biting match, the Indian cricket team defied the odds and pulled off an incredible victory, despite with only a 3.38% chance of winning one point of time. What an inspiring display of resilience, determination, and unwavering belief! The team never gave up, fighting till the very end and refusing to accept defeat. Their sheer grit and refusal to back down transformed that 3.38% probability into a 100% win. This is a powerful reminder that no matter how daunting the odds may seem, as long as you have the courage to keep pushing forward, anything is possible. Victories aren't won on paper - they're won through the fire of human spirit and an unbreakable will to succeed. Kudos to the Indian team for showing us all that with passion, hard work, and an unrelenting spirit, we can achieve the impossible. This win isn't just about cricket - it's about the transformative power of never losing hope. 💪 Who else is feeling inspired to tackle their own challenges head-on? India is Loaded with Batting Resources, but you cannot Build an Indian XI in any format without Yashasvi Jaiswal. This approach I suspect is to accommodate both Kohli and Sharma along with their specific styles of play. I think the best version of India actually has Kohli Batting at 3 as the Fulcrum around which Pant, Yadav, and Dube can explore the full range of their talent. It also protects Kohli more than the Opening Position. Finally, India has made choices some of which are unrelated to Cricket that put constraints on Building an Optimal Lineup. One such decision is making Rohit Sharma Captain. That decision means that Sharma Must Play and Must Open. If he struggles for any reason there’s no way out. He is 37 BTW.

## Breaking the Glass Ceiling: The Unseen Struggles of Successful Women in India Despite our relentless efforts, we still find ourselves needing to shout from the top of the Burj Khalifa for our own country and fellow men to recognize our achievements. Long overdue, indeed! Women in any field—be it sports, entertainment, business, or jobs—are often tagged and labeled as trying too hard to succeed. And if we do, the so-called "patriarchal society" around us is quick enough to take full credit for supporting us in our endeavors. It seems that our perseverance, efforts, skill, and knowledge are all just a waste if our "men supporters, fraternity" didn't bless us with their allowance. We still need verification, particularly by men, to celebrate our achievements! The worst part is that even our female fraternity quickly joins the men's bandwagon to judge us. Any achievement a woman has is attributed to the men around her and the society that "let her" do it. Sad, but true, we are in the 21st century. As a woman who has navigated the challenging landscape of business , being a lone female manufacturer in garment industry , I have seen this firsthand. It’s not just about breaking the glass ceiling; it's about ensuring the fragments don't rain down on us, cutting into our spirit and diminishing our accomplishments. Our journey is filled with unspoken struggles, silent battles, and unacknowledged victories. We must change this narrative. Our successes are our own, born of hard work, dedication, and undeniable talent. We need to stand united, amplifying each other's voices and celebrating each other's wins. It’s time for society to recognize that women are not successful because they are "allowed" to be; they are successful because they deserve to be. Let’s continue to strive, thrive, and inspire future generations of women to achieve greatness, undeterred by outdated norms and biased judgments. Together, we can redefine what it means to be a successful woman in India. #WomenInLeadership #BreakingBarriers #GenderEquality #WomenEmpowerment #SuccessStories #WomenInBusiness #Inspiration #ChangeTheNarrative #EmpowerEachOther #EqualityForAll --- *Note: Customize the text with your specific field and personal experiences to add a unique touch to your LinkedIn post.*
10 wickets in a test match !!!!! History created by Sneh Rana 👏 👏 , This would have been the front page / prime time news if achieved by our men's cricket team. It is very sad to see nobody celebrate Sneh Rana victory & has been kept low profile by our media. What an incredible performance! This 3 minute video shows the best talent, which every Indian should be proud of. It is sad to see the discrimination between men and women in cricket. We strongly urge every Indian to cheer for Sneh Rana's achievement, and she should receive the respect she deserves. #india #sports #cricket #icc

MS Dhoni Tipped for India Coach Role by Kohli’s Mentor Amid Gambhir Speculations! In a surprising turn of events, MS Dhoni's name has been proposed for the Indian cricket team's head coach position by Virat Kohli's childhood coach, Rajkumar Sharma. This comes as Gautam Gambhir emerges as the frontrunner to replace Rahul Dravid. Sharma, a Dronacharya awardee, believes Dhoni, with his illustrious career and proven leadership, is an ideal choice. "Dhoni will have more respect in the dressing room and has successfully managed big names like Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag," said Sharma on India News' CRICIT PREDICTA. Dhoni, who recently hinted at his IPL future, might consider retirement, opening doors for this potential coaching role. BCCI, while silent on the applicants, hinted the new coach would likely be Indian, ruling out Australian candidates. Former fast bowler Atul Wasan offered a different viewpoint, suggesting the coach's role in T20 cricket be replaced by a mentor or format expert, emphasizing that a coach’s impact in cricket is not as crucial as often perceived. As the BCCI deliberates, the cricket world awaits to see if Dhoni will transition from legendary player to head coach.
