3 lessons I've learned in 20+ years of being a commercial photographer. It's been an extraordinary ride filled with ups and downs, but I'm grateful for every experience that has shaped me along the way. Here are 3 lessons: 1 - Adaptability is Key: The industry is always evolving, and staying flexible has allowed me to stay ahead. Embracing new techniques, technologies, and trends keeps my work fresh and relevant. 2 - Relationships Matter: Building strong connections with clients, colleagues, and the creative community has been invaluable. Trust and collaboration lead to better projects and lasting partnerships. 3 - Passion Fuels Success: Loving what I do has been the driving force behind my career. Passion turns challenges into opportunities and keeps me motivated through every twist and turn. Thank you all for your continuous support and encouragement. "Each moment is a thread, an imperceptible vibration that shapes our reality." It has been a while since I last shared something here. Just as each moment, each pause, and each silence carries its own vibration, I have spent the past few months in a period of deep reflection and creation. These invisible threads of life—moments of calm and introspection—shape our reality. It is within these spaces that the true essence of our experiences lies. Art, for me, is a way to give form to the invisible, to tell stories that resonate with the core of our emotions and perceptions. I draw inspiration from these moments. Each artwork becomes an attempt to capture this imperceptible vibration, to make the ephemeral tangible. Creating is about giving shape to what moves through us. Tuesday (1/21) marks 4 years as the Producer of Tuttle Twins! Over the past three seasons, I've learned so much and continue to grow every day. Here are the top 3 lessons I’ve gained on this journey: 1️⃣ Collaboration is key: Producing a show is a team effort. I’ve learned to trust my team’s unique talents and create an environment where creativity and collaboration can thrive. 2️⃣ Adaptability is everything: Animation is full of unexpected challenges. Embracing flexibility has taught me to approach every obstacle as an opportunity for growth. 3️⃣ Clear communication is essential: I’ve learned that strong communication keeps everything running smoothly. A big part of this is allowing your team to feel safe to speak their mind, weigh in on the process/pipeline and knowing a good idea can come from literally anyone. I do not know if you desire to loop from container to container. That is what I did for so long. And it did not click. I felt unhappy. Unfulfilled. Confused. The 8-Life Force The 8-Life Force was a new idea seeded to me. These are hardwired into us. These desires are what makes us humans. Each of the products/services has it's on life-force. The Life-Force which captivates human desires. Think of an Insurance Company, what Life Force would it serve? 3. Freedom from Fear, Pain and Danger 7. Care and Protection of Loved One's When we write the narrative for a product, everyone should consider including one of these 8-Life-Forces. Satisfying the fundamental cravings of a human is half job done. This is one of the favorite part in last day's Copywriting session conducted by Suhail N. Shekhar, Your support has always been a pen tool for me, tracing both smooth and zig-zag career path.
