KFF (Kaiser Family Foundation) Health News senior correspondent Julie Appleby explains in this 2:30 video how primary care is changing in the U.S. and what it portends for the future. “More than 100 million Americans don’t have regular access to primary care, a number that has nearly doubled since 2014,” Appleby writes. “Yet demand for primary care is up, spurred partly by record enrollment in Affordable Care Act plans.
