IT Staffing Performance Improving for Many But Not All IT Staffing Firms Yesterday, I presented TechServe Alliance's State of the Industry Webinar with veteran industry analyst Jim Janesky. While I shared extensive data and analysis, we also did live polling on the state of the industry. While performance varies widely and there is there is no single narrative that captures the current state of the market, 37% reported growth over last year. This is up from our October 2023 survey when only 27% reported year-over-year growth. Most respondents (78%) were also very bullish on the prospects for growth through the remainder of 2024.
