I Help Businesses Connect with the Best Data, BI & Machine Learning Engineers across Australia & NZ | Keeping Up With Data Podcast 📊
I got a call last night from a candidate who I had at final round back in February to say they had finally received a job offer 💃 We spent a fair amount of time preparing and structuring answers for both interviews, which ended up taking a different direction once they completed final round 🙄 She wanted to let me know, purely for the fact that no one had helped her prepare for any of her interviews, and rarely received constructive feedback, if any at all 📊 Helping people, even if we don't place them, can be just as rewarding as a placement in itself when you hear how happy someone is 😁 A nice reminder to treat others as you would like be treated 💥 #Data #Interview #MachineLearning #DataEngineer #JobOffer
