With Halla Health we aim to help individuals optimise health and well-being through evidence based self-care support, and with CHART we are providing health systems a standardised climate x health data tool linked to pragmatic climate adaptation solutions. Having incubated there two products internally, it's fantastic to now see them move in to real world implementation.
