*ANNOUNCEMENT* Primrose Tax Law will have two main functions: #substantive #legal #research and #operations. The legal team's primary function is to provide substantive tax law research to #support #tax #accountants at #no #charge. The legal team includes three members and will also provide review and supervision to the operations team. We use next-generation technology in our research. The operations team (corporate and tax paralegals) completes transactional work based on a #fixed #fee model to maintain certainty and predictability in legal fees. This team will implement corporate tax and trust reorganization transactions through the electronic minute book platform for #nine #Canadian #provinces. The team has four members and is growing!
