I recently had a conversation with a colleague of mine around RX--recruiting experience (tm, patent pending, etc)--and how the first impression a company makes on a potential team member can really leave an impact. I have to say, the folks at Headway legit nailed this one--in one simple page, we've confirmed my application was submitted, given a rough timeline, AND outlined the entire process, all without having to scroll. I can only imagine the satisfaction all applicants feel while also saving the recruiting folks valuable time and stress from "where's my application?" messages. 10/10 positive recruiting experience (and fingers crossed I make it into the second bucket!)

If you could design the perfect customer and have as many of them as you wanted, for the rest of your professional life, what would that perfect customer be like? For example, my ideal customer is a company that makes products in the #aerospace, #electrical, or #outdoors industries (e.g., sporting goods, firearms, archery, mountain bikes) that is looking to hire outside counsel to help them build an IP portfolio that will protect their brand, protect their inventions, and add value to the company.
