Three things I ask my clients to definitely do when they start a diet or on it. 🩸Get their complete blood work done. So what happens is that without our realising there are a lot of times we have unknown issues like low iron, borderline diabetes, nutritional deficiencies, fatty liver and so on. It is best to know about your current health and then plan a diet accordingly. 💊Supplements - I can’t lay stress on them enough. If you are deficient in certain nutrients then the only way you can get better is if you take supplements. Food alone won’t be enough and to improve the health or to lose weight, nutritional well being is very important. 🏃🏻♀️Lifestyle changes- One has to change their lifestyle and there can be no arguments against it. You have to check your sleep schedule, start an exercise routine, drink water and make a holistic changes to your health.
